It actually sounds like it is a dud machine as you should not be experiencing those issues. Possibly some hardware failure if a factory reset has not resolved.
It does not sound like a Droidbox supplied machine.
You could still try a firmware reflash. The problem is the firmware may not be...
I think the comments i made on your previous post still apply - the freaktabs site is probably the best site for firmwares but be aware that of the warning i gave then about the risk of bricking your machine.
Here is an old droidbox instruction on switching from dhcp to static ip addresses for...
Do you know what version of the Droidbox imxq pro you have? If you have v2 you could try reflashing the firmware. There's a link in that section of the forum. Note the warning there saying it is only for that model (droidbox imxq pro v2 not the previous 1.2 model)
You will be lucky to get current versions of Netflix to run on android boxes as the NFX developers have generally blocked it working on unsupported and rooted boxed.
At any rate you could try updating play services independently of netflix via the google play store.
Have you had netflix working...
This article may help (replace xx with tt) although it might now be out of date.
You could also check if the Droidbox market has a compatible version.

The cause is likely an updated version of the Netflix app. The Netflix developers try and block uncertified or rooted machines from accessing their app. You could try rolling back to a previous version to see if that works.
Some processors (e.g. s802) are not technically capable of running android 5.×
Are you sure the firmware you are trying to apply is compatible with your box/processor type?
I think your best bet is to ask tbe box supplier via their support or user forum.
The issue is that just because a generic firmware is advertised as being compatible with a processor (e.g. s905) there is no guarantee that it will work on your specific box.
You could also check the freaktab site...
@Dirt Nelson - I've now read that the original developer has issued a "kill" command which has brought down all the terrarium clones and forks (reported on the streaming world forum on 5 October)
It works ok on my Droidbox. Are you also getting problems on your Droidbox?
This is the forked version right, since the developer of the original version has quit?
No, you don't need a VPN to view everything on line.
Some people like to use one.
When using torrent technology it is definitely advisable to prevent spy's from copyright organisations grabbing your IP address and tracing you.
You are exactly right Eamon. The cause is due to contention on the host server of the stream due to the number of users.
Some add-ons or apps seem to do better than others.
You might want to investigate using Acestream as a method of getting streams (Google it).
That uses torrent technology so...
You could try the youtube music addon which replaces mp3streams and thunderstruck whose developers are quit.
You need to download the repo zip file from the gitbub host and then the addon.
Scroll down this listing until you see it and then use the embedded link to download it...
I had this error a long time ago.
I followed this instruction to fix it.
Although the add-ons named as examples are now long gone, the solution may still be valid.

Hi
As this is not a Droidbox supplied machine (this is their user forum) there are probably not that many t9 owners here.
Still, most of these machines work the same way.
Apks from Google play store should download and install automatically.
Otherwise, for non play store apks there is usually a...
