Did you enable developer mode on the device from settings? If yes, you should be able to disable audio routing when you are into this option on device settings.

It's also possible that remove is unable to copy all the commands you need from your other remote. However, resync the remote and see if that makes any difference.

The RG350 from us come with the latest official firmware so you are probably on the latest official firmware or could reflash with the latest firmware using the link in an earlier response.

It would depend upon the VPN service that you are using as in general most allow using one account on multiple devices.

Are you referring to using VPN on two different devices at the same time or your Real Debrid account?

Unfortunately, you may not get the same launcher on different device model as T8 Mini box. But there are many launchers available via Google play store or outside app store that you can try to use on the device.

Could you please try using your phone as hotspot for internet connection on box and see if its same issue of WiFi drops out ?

this issue appears to be a limitation of the video card built into the system. If you connect the Display port cable directly into a Display port device, the video will output with no issue. However, we cannot provide any conclusive statement regarding the device's compatibility with KVM...
