Hey Liamx, Unfortunately, All we can recommend is try some of best official apps available on Google Play store for Steaming on your device. You can also use most used streaming app as KODI on device with your own setups for add-ons or media files you wish to stream.

I would recommend to try a firmware re-flash following the guide HERE. This will hopefully fix the issue :).

Can you please try SELECT+A to raise it, SELECT+B to lower it, if you are on the regular firmware ? In case above doesn't work. You may try re-flashing of firmware.
