Hello
Hope someone can help.
Am using the X96Air box for some time to view IPTV.
Have a new TV and most of the time the picture is OK, not good, but just OK.
If I look at terrestrial TV the picture quality is much better.
It gets a lot worse when the subject matter is moving fast, as in sports.
Also worse if its darker colour on screen.
The box has good memory, allegedly.
It never buffers as the speed is about 95 meg.
Any ideas??
Thanks
Rob

If you are paying an official company for your IPTV service then you can expect a good picture.
If you're using unofficial sources then it's not unusual to get poorer picture quality.
If things like YouTube play well it is a unlikely to be the box at fault

Hi
Many thanks for your reply, appreciate it.
I now feel so stupid! lol
We often watch You tube through the box and the picture quality is better.
How dumb of me not to have worked out that it is indeed the paid service that we use for the IPTV.
I will be contacting them today to see what they say, and depending on their response, looking for another provider.
Any suggestions for a good one ?
Many thanks again
All the best
Rob
