It's a pain when things don't work out of the box first time.
The good news is that you can hopefully see how good their support is, compared to say, some no name company on eBay or china gadgets.
It's good that you are keeping us updated, that's appreciated so we can understand what the cause of the problem is (did they give you a new firmware to flash or something else?).
Get back to them with your results so they can have another go at diagnosing the problem.

Yeah they gave me files to flash onto it but that didnt work. Tbh i have lost faith in the box so shall see what they say tomorrow. Not very good for a box that was less than 24hours old.

Just seen the other post. Mines was definitely from Droidbox. I have spoke to them today and they are exchanging box so here's hoping new one is ok [emoji4]

Well after getting told last week that my new box would be here by tomorrow its now not coming till next week and i only found out after getting no reply to email so had to call them. Not overly impressed with c/s or the box so far.

Just be patient with them. They need to get a 800 number but otherwise there pretty good my box got here 1 week or so early i have no way to call from the us but otherwise I am happy

Just set up faster shipping next time being brand new if you talk to one of the heads they will probably step up the shipping not to the fastest but a little faster

Its on next day delivery but they wont post till next week. My issue is i bought a box a week ago that was faulty and still dont have a box

Well after been told i would get replacement box on Saturday to be then told it would be Tuesday i find myself chasing again and its still not with me. Shocking service from start.

Just in case the team's response didn't get through to your email:

As previously mentioned in our email conversation we would replace your box with a brand new one which we have done. We said we would replace it as soon as possible and we sent the parcel on Tuesday via Royal Mail 24 delivery. This usually takes one day for Royal Mail to deliver the parcel, but if a parcel is delayed in transit for example it can take two days. We are sorry if the parcel did not arrive today, it is out of our hands once it is collected by Royal Mail. We hope that it arrives tomorrow, if it does not then we will check the status with Royal Mail. I hope that answers your query, thanks.

Point was i was told it would be send next day but wasnt. Was told it was my old box then that was retracted. I have had to constantly chase. Im just hoping the "new" box works longer than the 24hrs the last one did.
