As previously mentioned in our email conversation we would replace your box with a brand new one which we have done. We said we would replace it as soon as possible and we sent the parcel on Tuesday via Royal Mail 24 delivery. This usually takes one day for Royal Mail to deliver the parcel, but if a parcel is delayed in transit for example it can take two days. We are sorry if the parcel did not arrive today, it is out of our hands once it is collected by Royal Mail.
