You can access launcher screens by going to android settings - scroll over to "more settings" (possibly in the second row) then down to "device" and select "home". From there you should be presented with a list of the launcher screens available.
Doesn't sound like you have a Droidbox supplied mxqpro. (you are on their user forum).
You might like to check with "centaur box" on their site what the latest firmware release version is and comparing it with yours.
Does your box support ota (over the air) updating? Sometimes clearing data from...
I guess the first thing to check is whether you have a good and strong network connection on your box.
Especially if you are using wifi (apps like Ookla speed test can test your wifi speed). If it is poor, can you try an Ethernet connection?
Pvr is a personal video recorder. Generally you would need a connected recording device to record live tv.
I cannot recollect the options under Kodi 17 but under 16 you usually enabled the simple iptv client to view iptv 3mu lists if that was your intention.
Hi Sean and stringy. An interesting one. I spent some time earlier this week analysing an issue where my new best friend palpatine was unable to access some tv shows. (for the full experience browse the thread "return of Kodi").
My conclusion, effectively confirmed by palpatine with some later...
Unfortunately your link refers to totally out of date installation tools and methods.
Do you need help on how to install exodus?
Why have you re-edited your link after admin removed the http reference?
I would say temporary. Until such time as cloud fare detects constant use of the same IP address.
I would have thought powering down would cause little damage, as long as you are not doing it every 10 minutes.
No more problems for now please.
The last one has consumed most of my day and night...
Thank god we now know what is causing the problem and you know how to work around it.
Probably your router reboot connects to a different vpn host and for a short time, cloudfare does not see the new ip address as a potential ddos attack so doesnt generate captchas. After a time persistent use...
If it is the vpn then you will have to choose between having it switched on or not viewing the type of tv shows you like.
I have no idea about pia vpn settings as i dont use one.
Alternatively you could look for a vpn that recycles ip addresses more frequently. Pia is notorious for generating...
Ok. I have not had any useful feedback on the ares project forum.
But something is clearly blocking your access to the tv database (TVDB) which returns the series fan art for you to select a particular series to view episodes.
My log file shows that after selecting "Silicon Valley" from the...
I tend to look at it more positively. It may force the sports providers to review their pricing policy. They have got away with robbing consumers for years and it is getting worse. They are the crooks!
I have raised your problem on the ares project forum. Hopefully someone there will be able to help us.
Here is a copy of the question:
"I would appreciate some help trying to solve a problem a friend has with Exodus TV searches.
The problem: he searches for a tv show - in this case "Silicon...
Ok so it appears to be the same results. Damn!
I am going to have to seek some help elsewhere, unless someone else here on the forum would like to jump in?
Just to help me explain the problem to someone else, can you walk through exactly what you see (or don't see) when you execute the search...
Ok.
As a minimum make sure you clear data and cache and then reinstall exodus.
The problem is something is interrupting those calls to retrieve the tv series and I don't know what it is.
At least having a clean start helps because I can eliminate what Kodi is doing.
Of course it may be something...
See 4th line of my note above. It pulls art for tv shows. There's a related Kodi addon which I want you to check is enabled.
I would still clear Kodi cache and data. Then Download exodus again.
OK.
From studying the log and doing a comparison with my log of the same search, I think the issue is related to how your instance of Exodus interfaces with the tvdb database
(http://thetvdb.com). This is the web site that pulls tv show data and fan art etc.
This is an extract from your log of...
