Your best bet is following firmware updates here: https://www.rghandhelds.com/ as well as the associated discords and social media channels. There's information for firmware of all sorts of devices here, not just the RG350.

Would you be able to try connecting it via an ethernet cable? Tina reported the same issue if you read earlier in the thread, and an ethernet cable seemed to be a workaround.

This is probably a stopgap solution put in place to stop windows updates being automatically pushed, as sometimes windows updates can cause assorted issues with GPD devices. Note that it doesn't automatically mean that the system is being controlled by another party - it's just the default...

Try asking the one who sold you it. They might be able to get the firmware from their supplier.

To add to what Solublepeter has said, you can use the built-in DinguxCmdr application to add folders and move files around natively without the need to connect the handheld to a PC.

Are you trying to play the sound clips by themselves natively on the RG350M? Or are you saying that FBA isn't playing any sound for your games? It seems like this enquiry could be for either of the two.

The link Gareth provided would be your best bet, probably. Even if we did sell RS97 batteries, we can't send them stand-alone to international addresses.

Thanks for confirming, James. At least now we can verify that it's (unfortunately) normal behaviour for the device. If it helps, I believe when we were performing some informal tests with the units (regarding MacOS compatibility and multi-monitor support), this adapter did work at the time...

We've got no plans at this point in time to sell the black one. We're always looking to expand our lineup of devices though, so it's not entirely outside the realm of possibility! :)

None that we're aware of currently. Emulation of 3D arcade titles is noticeably more difficult than just emulating side-scrollers/beat-em-ups. If there's any home console ports of these titles on emulators that the RG350 supports, it might be worth trying them.

We're unsure how the Powkiddy Q80 performs since we've never stocked it.. For PS1 emulation we'd suggest the RG350 (any version of it, really).
