I don't know too much about Rogue, let alone Rogue on the Pocket Go, but if you haven't updated your firmware in a year, it'd probably be best just to do a full reinstall. There's probably been some big underlying change that means the update file won't work as expected.

If trying different SD cards and firmware didn't resolve the issue, it it's almost certainly a hardware problem. It could be something on the board itself is messed up. If it's still within its warranty period I'd advise contacting the original seller.

Is it connected by Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable? You can try using the one it isn't connected by. It could be either your Wi-Fi chip or Ethernet jack is defective. Additionally, are you trying to use a web browser or higher-profile app (Youtube, etc.), or are you trying to connect to some old Kodi...

All I can think of is that it might be something to do with the firmware. See if you can get the firmware from the the seller and perform a re-flash. If not, I'd either return it and get different boxes or attempt to grab some random firmware online if not possible.

The "AV" output on the X3 is unfortunately just an audio output from our testing. We've no idea why the port itself is labelled as AV (which would imply audio-visual).

We can't say for sure really. That's up to RetroFlag as well as the wider hobbyist community as a whole. It's certainly something we're keeping our eyes on though!

Sorry for the late reply! Good to hear you found the charger! A lot of the time these devices don't come with UK chargers, so we always provide adapters. Usually they won't fit in the box, so they'll be somewhere in the outer packaging.

Are you certain you're using the right version of RetroFW? https://droidboxforums.com/threads/retrofw-2-2-for-rg300-devices.19465/ There's a lot of different versions of RetroFW, so you might not be picking the right one.

It's a bit difficult to tell what you're asking, sorry. If the box doesn't work at all, what point is there in keeping it? If I had an entirely non-functional device and I was still covered by PayPal or some other protection, you can bet I'd push for a refund of a full replacement.

Something like Raspberry Pi Imager could work. Although I believe in any common Linux distro you might be able to just perform the actions directly through the console. I'm not a Linux user personally though, so take it with a grain of salt ;)

I fixed the RG350 link. But the GKD350H and RG300 aren't being sold by us anymore, so we took the listings down. The RG300 was just like an RG351V but weaker and without a stick. The GKD350H was like a -slightly- more juiced up RG350. But poor build quality (only one stick, and no L2/R2)...

As I mentioned in the reply above yours, unfortunately there's no way the X12 will be able to handle PS1/N64 games. It just doesn't have the horsepower for it. :(
