It sounds like the SD card has not been written to yet. We did run out of stock of the cards and was awaiting new ones to arrive and in a rush there may have been some that we had not written the games to. We do have to write each card before sending so to ensure that orders are sent out on time...
Thanks for the update. If you purchased it from us could you please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the issue with the SD Card and we will be happy to send out a replacement SD card to you. Thanks.

If you have a PC with Micro SD Card reader, or a card slot on say a laptop, could you check the 64GB card on there. You should see APPS, MP3, ROMS etc folders?
To confirm, the buttons do not XABY on them? There are two Y buttons?
I have not seen this issue or heard about it before. Does it do the same when switch on from a full boot, or only when from sleep mode? Updating the firmware will probably not fix this, but it is worth a try. You can find the...
You can see our guide at https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/how-to-change-emulators-default-folder-in-gmenu2x/ for how to located the SD card on the device.
There may be a chance the Micro SD Card is at capacity. I am working from home at the moment and do not have a RG300 with me to check exactly where the save games are kept. But put the card in a PC and check how much free space is left. If it is at capacity then it is likely there is a lot of...

Apologies for the delay in replying, I am waiting to hear back if there is stock. We are working from home during lockdown so it can take a bit of time to get a reply from the office.

Good timing :) I just posted about the latest RetroFW firmware at https://www.droidboxforums.com/threads/retrofw-2-2-for-various-devices-including-rs-and-ldk-series.19463/. This is the best firmware for the RS series devices.
Each slot is up to 128GB officially. Some people have reported larger cards working but also that they may have issues. So I would recommend no larger than 128GB. Any good reliable brand will be fine.
