Please consider trying a different WiFi network or phone hotspot and see if same issue, If yes, consider trying a factory reset and it should fix the issue.

You will need to consider getting the correct firmware for your model, specific based on its chipset, from the seller/manufacturer and install on it and that should fix the issue.

I dont have option how to instal another firmware...I dont see device by usb cable and hard reset by presing reset button before Power, and after inserting power cable releasing reset button, root many its not apearing.... Do u know any other option? Chipset is RK3228A.

In case it's not being detected in the USB tool on the system, that could be bricked and end of life. So, instead of getting this repaired, I would advise considering looking at a new TV Box. You may consider looking at a new TV box on our website as RockTek G2.
