Please consider trying a different WiFi network or phone hotspot and see if same issue, If yes, consider trying a factory reset and it should fix the issue.

I have tried everything but still I am facing same problem.

In that case, i would advise you to consider looking at reinstalling the firmware compatible with your device, You can source the firmware on the internet by searching for the same hardware,

After applying New firmware to my mxq pro 4k 5g I have this kind of problem (flashing this screen)....my tv box cant start, as u can see on pic. Any kind of help would be great.... Now, device is not visible on PC by usb and factory reset is not working...Any help?

You will need to consider getting the correct firmware for your model, specific based on its chipset, from the seller/manufacturer and install on it and that should fix the issue.

I dont have option how to instal another firmware...I dont see device by usb cable and hard reset by presing reset button before Power, and after inserting power cable releasing reset button, root many its not apearing.... Do u know any other option? Chipset is RK3228A.

In case it's not being detected in the USB tool on the system, that could be bricked and end of life. So, instead of getting this repaired, I would advise considering looking at a new TV Box. You may consider looking at a new TV box on our website as RockTek G2.

I thought there is some intervention on motherboard that can fix this, but its seems not... Thanks for your time.
