Droix x 3 Navigation bar

1 Bought X 3 recently and there is no bottom navigation bar its missing?How do I install it?

2 Initial set up,having gone through the Initial set up,what appears on my TV screen is nothing like the picture shown in the set up IE all I have is the apps and at the top right is the clock?whats going on here guys?

3 Its hard enough being a newbie here,but problems with initial set up is hard to swallow!

Please help as the only way I can operate is by a wireless usb mouse and USB Keyboard as I still havent received my G10 airmouse which was sent back under warranty!

When in full screen mode you can swipe up from the bottom with the mouse and the bottom bar should appear.

I attached an image of what the homescreen will look similar to. Obviously the apps may be different depending if you have installed others.
