dolphin and chrome missing menu

Hello I've just bought the x96max + When using dolphin or chrome browser if you long press a link a menu should pop up with a list of options. For some reason this does not happen on this android box. My question is, is there a reason why. Is it a fault with the firmware. Is there a setting I'm missing or does the firmware just not support it. Thanks Darren

I have not tried this so can't confirm if this works or not. But it may be the remote OK button is not keeping a constant signal for it to act like a long press, and is sending repeated short press signal. If it is possible could you try with a USB mouse or another remote.

i have tried it with a usb mouse and a wireless keyboard. they both worked on my previous box.
