Have you tried clearing date in Xbmc and running the wizard again. Sometimes if it is an Xbmc problem this can reset default settings. Try using another app instead of Xbmc and if you get a picture and sound in say filmon app then it is an Xbmc problem.

Is it a new firmware update you want or a later version of Xbmc. If it's just Xbmc which version are you on at the moment which may be frodo if you haven't updated since purchase in May. If it is a firmware update you need you may need to contact support to help.

If it is the droidbox wizard using Xbmc from this forum you should have maintenance add-on installer so you could install acestreams from there. If you are using Xbmc from somewhere else then possibly totalinstaller add-on. I have X7 ultimate from droidbox but not sure about M7 or droidwizard.

Mine does that sometimes. Found it is more of a problem if playstore is updating apps at the same time as booting. Which Xbmc are you using and which skin also is this a recent download or have you not changed anything recently.
