It looks like the picture is stretched side ways, click on the movie reel icon, the top line of that menu should allow you to change the size of the picture you are watching, there might be something else but this is the first you could try. Chris.

@oyster61 I don't think the mini keyboard has that facility, if you want to do that and the original remote can do then you might have to go back to that. I know that with my t8 I just turn the box off/on manually, the mini keyboard will do everything else though. Chris..
