Fritz-69 - Ye I never thought ov that. It is rather constant and the same - so may give this a go. Gutted that there is no general fix as sean99 stated - but at least it is fixable to an extent.

Firstly Thanks sean99 - gutted. sblabs - No mate - I have a nas drive for my on my network basically to keep all my movies on and when I play them through the T8 Mini or direct through my LG smart TV they are fine - no audio sync problems.

Would be interesting for a few members to actually do nothing for 1 month and then let everyone know how the box performed???? Just an idea. I am going to not maintain at all for the next month. Dave

I have that also. But now after reading the above link to the article - It looks like theres no need to regularly clean and delete. Im gonna give it a go.

Hi all, My box is pretty much set up the way I like it but I am having an audio sync problem. I know how to go into volume and adjust the delay or advance - but is there anything more permanent I can do to solve this - its more annoying than anything. Regards Dave

Openelec only for me too. Android is TV display - or at least it is for me. OE does alter it. I am actually looking for a way to turn it off coz I dont like it - Im using black tape at the moment. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO TURN IT OFF OR DIMM IT - PLEASE TELL ME.

David, I am going to follow your advice but can I ask a question? After I set up a new XML and key in the settings and even after adjusting the settings - would I be able to revert back or remove it - OR will it just sit there. Or can I disable it? Im really wanting to know how permanent it is...

Hard wired all the way if you can do it. Ethernet is really fast on the T8 Mini. My router is upstairs and the T8 downstairs - hence all the big holes in my ceiling and front room wall!!!!

I wait a while - a long while before I update Versions and firmware etc coz there is always the usual load of messages about whats gone wrong, boxes bricked etc. Scares the hell out ov me every time a new update comes out coz I never know when to take the leap. Im sticking with 16.1 Jarvis coz...

I cant speak for anyone else but take a look at the T8 Mini. It has yet to disappoint me. Its just my opinion but I am well pleased with this. I am sure something will go wrong eventually with it but not yet. Even if it does - the answer almost always lies with this forum or droidbox team. Good Luck

I never knew about this forum until I purchased my T8 Mini. This forum is mint. Ive been able to gain advice and help and Ive been able to help others - you will not be disappointed in the boxes. Dave

If it helps - I have a T8 mini and have had this for about three months. You have the option to boot into Openelec/Librelec from the very start after its set up. Ive never booted into android since I got the box and I have no intentions as I dont like the android side (my opinion) so this is a...
