Try to uninstall Kodi 15.2 first then install Kodi 16 from PlayStore.

On Es File Explorer you need to click on Tools then turn on Root Explorer option and then you will be able to transfer Apps from main internal memory to your External memory.
The new update will be released soon for T8-S PLUS device that will update CC(control centre) App on the device and then you will be able to register your device through CC App.

Some Skins have Settings instead of System, so if you can find Settings option go onto that and there should be once option Appearance under which you can change your Skin to basic Confluence.
