i have checked over on the tvaddons forum where the developers reside. In the metalkettle section, a few people are reporting issues with UKTurk v3 and Kodi 15.2 which is the openelec default. So may be a good ideas to load a previous version and switch off autoupdate. when openelec updates to 16 you can then download the ;atest ukturk. possibly a similar issue for Zem - check Shanis section of the forum and see if anything shows up .
Hi, my UK Turks is working in openelec.
Try going to system, Add-ons and install from repository. Now scroll down to Metalkettle repo, don't go in. On the right check and see which version you have it should be 1.7.1.
If this is right try going in and uninstall the UK Turks and then go out and using one of the programs like Areswizard or Xunity clear cache then reboot and go and install it again.
If you are unsure in how to uninstall, just hover over the add-on and press menu and here you are given the option.
Another one is to go to file manager and scroll down to metalkettle and press menu and then Edit source, and check you have this in the top one.

If it not there you can just add this by going to add source and put this in the top and click OK, then in the bottom a name. Click done and then go back and see if it updates.

I'd saved my old settings on an sd card , so I reset openElec turned off auto update then reinstalled my settings but haven't updated zem tv and it works great , U.K. Turk is on the new version and is also working great.
As long as it's working that's the main thing...we are all learning and this info might help others. Thanks
