'You have exceeded your daily limit' this is the fix
Head to video addons and bring up the context menu on Youtube:- Advanced- change cache size (mb) from 5 to 20. Enable 'support alternative player'
API- change 'preset api key set' from 1 to 2. Enable personal api keys.
Press ok.
Fixed.

Thanks for that. I actually get a blocked message on certain films such as Universal - Blocked Content. Is there any fix for this? as its driving me mad.

Can only presume the blocked content is geo-blocked and a vpn needed to view.

Ah I see. Never needed it so far so I may as well leave it. I can always download to NAS what I can't view on youtube.

Probably right. Believe it or not it was an old Universal Studios film - Bride Of Frankenstein!!! Love them films.
Tried through UK Turks and I was getting the message Universal Blocked Content. Got the film on NAS now so happy days.

on my api key option theres no 1-12 just aload of giberish alzastad exetra

If "enable personal API keys" is unset, you will see the option "to use preset API key set" which he proposes you set to
"2"

Anyone who gets this error from my first post and have applied the fix already, just set back to defaults in the setting for it to work again

No it will not work on the youtube addon Dave, but its far earier to get the relevant keys following the tutorial than it is getting api key for elysium. If you already have a google account it will take about 10 mins to get all 3 keys needed for youtube. Well worth it in the end.
