youtube app .....search history problem

hi all
my youtube app on my android box works ok apart from the search history.

i cannot seem to find out how to delete individual searches.

i can delete the entire history by navigating to the contents of ''settings''.

could someone please help with this

You need to bring the context menu up over the search item you want to delete, if you are using the stock remote that came with your box press the button in the middle under the cursor (it has 3 lines on it) or if using a qwerty keyboard press 'c' to do this. Will then get the option to delete the said search item.

Hi

If you refer to youtube app under settings you can delete history and cookies,but also block the future searches from showing up in history.On the other hand searches made by keyboard app(keywords)are the one that are connected to the keyboard app so you may want to visit the keyboard settings in order to delete its searches that it memorizes and use across the each app that has search bar available such as web browser etc.
