Hi all xfinty, have updated there app from xfinity go to xfinity tv, and now it won't open in android box.the xfinity tv go used to work perfect.Any chances the devlopers can have a look and update the t8.you can download the app and click on it to open,then it goes to a blackscreen and it reverts back to the home screen.
Other apps live starz,nbc sports and hulu work fine.

Hi,you can try to clear data on the particular app.That can work on any app and it does effect on having that app running on its defaults.

If it still does not work it is due third party developer that you should message afterwards with the hardware spec provided from your box in order to get help from them if they do offer one.
