Hello, I have had the X7 box for a month now and I have not been able to power it on with the remote when it is first connected to the mains supply, I have to use the on/off switch on the box to power it on then it works with the remote? Is this normal?
Also recently the box has started rebooting itself at random times so I did a factory re-set last week (which didn't cure the remote problem) which eventually got me working again but tonight it re-booted itself again and Kodi has lost my Wooki Wizard so any help would be appreciated!
