Hi

My X7 box has stopped working. I bought my box back in Feb and this is the 3rd time it's stopped working. 1st time I reinstalled the firmware with your help, second time I sent it back to you and you sorted the issue but only had it back a month or so and its gone again. This time when I turn it on the television doesn't recognise any signal and although the blue power light comes on the box itself it turns itself off after around 10 seconds. Got to be honest I'm really disappointed now as I'm really getting no use from it. If it's a software issue why does it keep happening? Could the box have a fault? Really hope this can get sorted.
