X7 load up

X7 box just loads and never opens up just the 4 coloured dots keep on looping, any idea on how to fix it without reset?
X7 ultimate box

The only recommended way out of this is a reset i'm afraid.

If you are not able to get the Home screen of the Box then you need to perform Factory reset on your Box to resolve the issue and there is no other way to fix it.

Any ideas why it isn't rebooting then? Be much appreciated i have ordered a new box to replace it the xtreamer plus but would love to keep this for bedroom

its the only option left as thats all db would do if you sent it back, but is your choice.
