X7 continual pausing

I've not used it for a few months due to films continually stopping and requiring me to re-press the play button every couple of seconds so its not been worth using. I usually play through my wifi connection. I've tried playing it for the past few days but with the same results Can anyone help please?

Hi there, can you check what internet speed do you get with it by visiting speedtest.net website?
As well we do advice to get most recent updates for XBMC via wizard addon -

Just checked via speed test and the best I got was 8.09 so presumably I need to speak to my internet provider. Thanks for replying

hi, possible workaround for now, press pause for 5 mins or so, let movie buffer up, then play. see how long it goes on for, (it could be a buffer problem) 8.09mbs is more than enough to view hd movies

If you're not able to get much joy out of your ISP (not an unknown result!), it can also be worth trying with a fresh start in XBMC. First wipe the data - http://droidboxforums.com/threads/resetting-xbmc-to-a-just-installed-state.27/ , then re-run the Wizard again.
