x7 box will not power up

Hi following on from previous email I have followed the instructions on
net & when I hold the recovery button in & put the power lead back in the
power button flashes but the box does not turn on any advice please thank
you

Hello,

Did you follow the below video properly to factory reset your device:

Also make sure that there is no USB device attached to the Box while factory resetting it.
