Hi guys, everything on my box is gone. I turned on the box,wookie came on and then black screen, no add ons.what I have to do?Thank you

Mine has done this 3 times 2day loads of space on box

Try going into setting, other, more setting and apps and force stop and then clear cache (main boot up menu) Now try again and good luck...

Months ago I used to have the same problem......are u switching it off correctly before u hit the red button to turn it off? These things need switching off correctly just like computers and laptops.

That's what I done 3 times its working I will see after the box has been off for a few hours 3 times i put it back on and the dbmc is empty

Justin..if u don't switch off correctly u will lose apps regularly.

Also if UV lost everything your going to have to reinstall your wizard

I can do all that it's not just my box 2 of my friends have had the same problem 2day

With u saying 2 of your friends having the same problem!.leads me to think ur not isolated...try again later or tomorrow.

It's all working fine now it's just when the box has been off for a few hours I open the dbmc and I gota run the wizard again coz it's a empty screen

Regarding black screen issue you can check your storage.
From home screen go into settings>other>more settings>Apps. After clicking on Apps at the bottom of the screen you can see how much memory is being used and how much is left and if memory is almost full then you can follow the below video to resolve your issue:
