Wookie wizard keep vanishing

Hi, Ive just bought the T8s and have spent the last two days setting it up. It's ok but wookie has disappeared for the 3rd time tonight, just after we watched a movie on it. Can someone help :-( why does it keep doing this?

You can uninstall the Kodi by going into settings from Home screen and then click on other>more settings>App>Kodi. After clicking on Kodi click on force stop and then uninstall.
Then reinstall Kodi from Play Store and install wookie wizard.

Try clearing data, waiting for it to finish and go back and run the retro wizard. Let it finish and try see if this helps you.

Has wookie dissapeared when u switch box on?(blue screen) if so your not shutting it down correctly when you've finished.

Wookie cant just go away,but yes,download can break which will result in having broken add ons downloaded and not usable.

When that happens,you need to clear Kodi(XBMC) data and set up wookie again

Clear Data On XBMC/Kodi

Here is how to:
Go into Settings>Apps>XBMC/Kodi>Clear data and then again come back in XBMC from home screen .
OR
Settings> Other>More Settings> Apps>XBMC/Kodi>Clear data and then again come back in XBMC from home screen.
