Can anyone answer if the i8+, i12 and 125 wireless remotes will work in OpenElec, or only Android, please?

I ask as they all need a dongle to be inserted in one of the USB ports, so I'm guessing driver software comes in
somewhere.

Thanks

Why do you need a stop button when they will all have OSD of play stop fast forward ect, that's why it's got an air mouse. Until you just said that I hadn't even noticed it didn't have one.. Ooppss

Thanks again Droid.

I do like the look of the 125, but the lack of a stop button puts me off.
Also try the droidbox share app it's not bad, but I love the air mouse takes a bit ok getting used to and adjust it's speed to suit you but I wouldn't be without it

Good point I've not tried it, I just thought I would mention it as an alternative while you were deciding which remote and awaiting it's delivery.

If it helps, C (on the QWERTY keyboard) is an alternative to the Menu button.
With Return, does Esc (escape) or simulated right click (depending on the remote control) work?
Also worth checking out the KeyMap Editor (within the Programs menu) in openELEC.

I tried mine today and while c and esc worked fine I couldn't get the cursor working while the keyboard was face up. It always froze in the wrong place so the c button never got used. Does your cursor work when the remote is upside down?

The air mouse function on the VIP and i25 is supposed to cut out when you flip them over to the keyboard side. I use the Up/Down cursor keys if I'm using that side of the keyboard at the time.
Still not found my i25 dongle. I marked them all up with marker pen, but over time they've worn off.
