Hello. I placed an order on Sunday and paid for the next day delivery. So I expected it to be shipped Monday for delivery Tuesday. However it’s still sat on processing.
Tried emailing the support address but no response. What’s going on and when will it be shipped?

Hey Dave,
We have throughly checked and couldn't find any email at our support end from the email address linked with the order and seems the email didn't come through on our end, We checked the details your order had an L-shape cable which was in back-order and new stock can take 2-3 weeks, so considering the delay, we have changed the cable to standard cable of same legnth for your order to avoid further delay and order will get shipped today. you will receive an email with tracking once shipped today. We appreciate your patience with it.
