How are you closing Kodi down? The screen shown is the 1st run confluence screen.

Have you changed anything e.g. run an ota firmware update? If so run the wookie again.

They've switched to OpenELEC probably, but not realized. You're no longer in Android probably @Julian Thomas . Try clicking the power symbol next to the star, then Switch to Android.
