I installed the sky go app but it says device is rooted and stream cannot be played. any idea how I can get it unrooted ? Cheers.

This can be changed by opening SuperSU app,going into settings and then under enable Super User check the box OFF

If nobody can help you here, try to find solution for your problem on their site. They have answer for all, I had some problems with sky go too, and solved it. Also try to send them email if you want, Im sure they will send you back.
