Just make sure parental controls, router anti virus etc are disabled

I am on Virgin 200Mbps & currently it's working very well with the mentioned controls disabled. Also use a VPN.

Hi

Please reboot the modem and also your box,make sure that wifi is ticked OFF and ethernet option ticked ON.

Check if ethernet cable is working properly and both ethernet sockets in your modem and in your box!
