Hi, recently purchased iMXQPro with VIP remote. Remote works fine with curser on screen and full control, when I turn the box off via remote,box switches off and red led comes on. When I try to turn box back on via remote nothing happens, only way get box back on is to unplug power lead and then reinsert. Probably something simple I haven't done. Thanks.

Do you still have the remote that came with the box. If you do use this just to turn it on. Don't think the new VIP is programmable any more....but I might be wrong.
If it is the VIP, with green-ish coloured shortcuts at the bottom, it can still be taught infrared codes (needed in this instance).
