Video stutter

Hi

I get stutter when playing HD content like 720 and 1080. Both formats are stuttering but not like the video i have uploaded. The video uploaded is the worst. HD are more on fast movements and its seems to be getting worse.

Any ideas please?

Sorry, the video wont upload but it shows various blocks like chequered flags.

Ok ive installed kodi and the issue is fine but i also had to do some tweaks regarding 1080p slight stutter. Think its a fps issue

Could you let us know which tweaks you applied, when you get a spare moment please?
If video playback is ever an issue in XBMC/Kodi, it is always worth checking what playback is like if you exit XBMC and open the file in MX Player, preferably with apps auto-updated via the Play Store - https://droidbox.co.uk/blog/googles-play-store-signing-in-and-auto-updates/.

I think i changed the refresh rate to match stream or something along those lines in settings.
