vertical lines in Kodi when in playback

Hi Hope someone can help. I have a x7 ultimate box.

Every time I try to watch something in Kodi I just get vertical black and white lines all over screen.Audio is

perfect but no picture.

I have only just upgraded from XBMC to Kodi 15.2 because xbmc stopped working.Kodi loaded fine.

The problem only comes when watching something in Kodi Have re installed Kodi twice same outcome.

The problem only arises in Kodi all other apps play fine eg Showbox.I am sure it must be something that I need

to alter in settings or something.

One possible solution is to try adjusting video acceleration. You may need to experiment to find the one that works.

go to settings - video - acceleration and try different settings for the decoding and the codecs (try first with libstage and mediacodec enabled and the other disabled)

If the video acceleration doesn't work then try to clear data inside Kodi and then reinstall Wookie on Kodi.
Here is how to clear data:
From Home screen go into Settings>Other>more settings>Apps>Kodi OR,
Settings>Apps>Kodi.
After clicking on Kodi click Force Stop and then Clear data.
