Hi all, I don't suppose anyone could tell me how to update from version 15.2 to the next stable version on the t8-s model?

For android, you can get Kodi 16.1 from either Google play or the official Kodi site (I don't think dbmc has got the latest stable build still at 16.1 release candidate last time I looked). For openelec you will need to wait until a proven Kodi 16 build is released.

OK I will wait till the builds have taken place from dbmc, just queried it as it cam up on wookie wizard stain as there is a more stable version it would b better to upgrade to that.

I don't think anyone here has complained about dbmc 16.1 rc2 so it would be safe to go with that if you want to.

You could download from the droidbox site and then install it by clicking on the file. You would probably need to uninstall the old version first and that would mean reinstalling your Kodi Addons (via the wookie or another source). I would support mark1, if everything works you can leave it as it is and enjoy.
There was also a firmware update for the t8s that had it but given some of the comments on here that may be one to avoid for now.
