Unable to update firmware

Hi I have two Droidboxes that I need to update so that I can install the Disney plus app on. I've done a factory reset on the first one, it's a T8s plus and when I connect i get unable to connect to server. The 2nd box is a T8 mini and on this one i get the error "download failed HTTP: error" both boxes are on the wired network which is working as I can access the play store okay etc. I have also unchecked the connect using wifi only checkbox but wifi access is also not working.

If anybody can make any suggestion how I can get them updated i would be grateful.

The error message you are receiving is a generic message which means your devices are already up to date. There have been no new firmware updates to them for some time. You can however update any apps via the Google Play Store.
