Unable to install RG300 custom firmware v2.2

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, but would appreciate some help since a lot of links seem to be broken.

I am attempting to install 5B from here - https://github.com/retrofw/retrofw.github.io/releases

When I write the image to the SD card, I am met with only 3 partitions instead of the stated 5, and 2 are unallocated. I did notice that the older images appear to be 1.3 GB, and these are about 200 MB however the larger images the links don't work.

Am I using the wrong software?

If it does, you might want to try backing up any files on the storage partition (roms, etc.), then deleting the storage partition/merging it with the other two unallocated ones into one larger partition.

No, when I put the SD card into the RG300 it gives a black screen. I tried on a couple SD cards and all had the same result, and put raspbian on one just to confirm it wasn't an issue with the SD card.

same problem. Three partitions and unable to extend though it starts ok. I´m not able to find the external sd.
