Unable to connect to Wi-Fi.
I have updated to version 1.0.6 it now will not recognise my Wi-Fi password. I also have updated my Internet to BT fibre which has the new Smart Hub the iPad and smart phones connect without a problem. I have two droid boxes which have the same problem also a friend has two boxes with the same problem. Could it be the software updates and the Smart Hub are not compatible. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

Hello @KAREL

Make sure that Password you are entering is correct, check upper case/lower case letters
Also try to switch to Ethernet if possible and see if that works
If you are still not able to connect your Box to your WIFI then try to factory reset your box by following the below video:
If it still doesn't resolve your issue then contact DBX at [email protected] with Order details and also mention that you have posted about an issue in DBX forums.

Good morning Shah and Edwin thank you for your replies.
The password is correct as the iPad and smart phones work.
Ethernet is working okay.
The problem is on my two boxes and on my friends two boxes.
I have only had fibre Wi-Fi and BT Smart Hub for three days prior to this my BT set up worked perfectly.
I am now going into the admin screen on the hub to see if I have missed something.

Do you mean librelec won't connect to wifi or won't open when you click the switch icon?
If you can get into librelec you can try librelec wifi from kodi - programs - libreelec configuration - connections, and see if you can do it from there.

This problem is with my two boxes also my friends boxes.
The two boxes will connect with Ethernet to LibreElec.

Purely as a matter of interest, do you or your friend have any special characters in your password? There was an old LE bug which i thought had been fixed.

The /misc message appears on fully functioning devices, so can be safely disregarded.
Can you send us an e-mail please - [email protected] , and include your order number/address. We'll ensure you can connect in both operating systems. If this can't be done remotely, we'll sort it in the office.

Update I have downloaded the latest LibreElec update and now can connect with Wi-Fi but it is random turning the box off and going back later it is not online so you have to connect again.
When you turn off with the red button on the remote the blue light on the box remains and turns the TV off pressing the red button again turns the box off.
The remote for the Panasonic TV will work the droid box.
Not really major problem so certainly can live with it.
