Turn On X7 with Remote

When in stand by mode. (Red Light Shows on Main Button of Unit)

Is it possible to turn X7 on from Either the VIP Airmouse or the Smaller Remote Supplied with the unit ?

Have tried changing batteries in both remotes but still not able to Turn it on. Incidentally the VIP / Airmouse remote does turn it OFF without any problems.


Anyone any suggestions please ?

Just to clarify the X7 unit will turn on if I push the centre button. But will NOT turn on via the remote controls.

Is this normal ?

I've got an older version of the X7, so I've asked some guys back in the office to check how your newer revision normally behaves.
