transfer files between usb and sd

is there any way to transfer files between an extern hdd connected to my box and other removeable storage ie sd card,flash drive,

Plug them all in and see if they can all been "seen" by an app like es file manager. If so, you should be able to copy and paste. Failing that it may be a 2 stage copy to box then copy to usb/sd. If this approach be careful you dont fill your box memory if files are very large.

Yes, attach both storage devices (SD card and External HDD) to the DroidBOX then go into Es file explorer where you can see both the storage devices and there you can transfer the data between SD card and External HDD.
