T8s plus no picture

I have a the Droid t8s plus version 1
I can't get a signal to my TV.
I have tried different tvs and different hdmi cables
I have tried factory reset but still nothing shows on screen.
Blue power light is on but nothin the lcd screen

Thanks tried both methods but none have worked any ideas?

If the full firmware flash with USB cable did not work then unfortunately there is likely a hardware issue.
