T8-V3 Remote Problems

Everything was working fine and now cannot turn box on from remote and after turn on all remote functions are fine.
If I try to turn off with remote box powers down and then re-boots .

Only way to shut box off is by power button

Any ideas guys ?

I did have a similar issue where the power on button had physically "stuck". I had to open the box and release it. You don't say what remote you have, maybe you need to reprogram it if it is a Droidbox via type remote

thanks for the reply The button on the box works fine so do all the other remote functions just the on/off

As said well weird ok one day not the next ....................cannot turn on using the remote and after manually turning the box on all the remote functions work fine
Then if you hit the remote off button the box powers down and just reboots automatically so the only way to turn it off is by pressing the box button
