T8 update ,help needed

Hi all, just tried to update and near the very end an red X came up on the Android on the screen and it stopped .
Switched it off tried it again but nothing ,any help please.

Hi all as others I tried to update the firmware a few hours ago... a red X came up on the Android and all stopped. My T8 will not boot, restore or anything please help.

Glad it's not only me,well not really but you know what I mean ,I did what it said on the Droidbox page to the letter.

Just added my frustration to the Facebook page... cannot see how the box will work again!

We'll sort all DroidBOX customers out. If the update stopped your device from booting, do try a factory reset - - if that doesn't help, let us know at [email protected] . To keep the comms as brief as possible, please include your original order ID (or your postcode if you can't find the order ID) and mention exactly what happened.
