T8 stuck in boot HELP

Hi, i have an android box T8 stuck in boot.
The tv screen shows an android man with blue circles. i have left this for days with no joy. i have reset using a toothpick on the reset button with no joy. the box says BOOT on its little lcd screen.
please can someone assist, cheers.

Normally unplug the power then use the tooth pick, hold..and power on, wait a few secs and you should get the recovery menu. If you don't and it's a droidbox contact droidbox via live chat or email so they can assist you. You will need order number and box detail so they can help.
If it's not a droidbox then get in touch with the people you brought it from.
See if they can help sort this out.
