As I am trying to be as patient as I can at this point I made a video to show your team and who ever is in charge of making sure that customers get what they pay for on there first buy from your website as that is not the experience I have had.I spoke to the person that was dealing with your ticket. Upon checking the replacement that was sent, it appears to be the correct plug, but the tip is black instead of yellow. This is because we sent the replacement directly from Amazon USA instead of sending from UK (to save time). Have you tried the adaptor, it should be fine?
I bought the device because i need it somewhere down that process the box was delivered with the wrong power cord I gave you guys 2 full weeks and you couldn't resolve the mistake done then when finally trying to do the right thing some one failed badly and send another wrong power cord video provided yes i am keeping the box that was my intention when I purchased it and thanks for the link.You had requested a refund so we provided the information how to return it.
