T8-s plus crashes on loading

Ok so I have a few problems with my new box
1 when I switch it on it crashes (stops working all the time) I sometimes get the time and date loaded more often than not it crashes.

2 if by some miracle it loads I can't register it with droid box something about an AIP being missing (if I remember correctly)

I have rebooted it several times wondering if their is something else I can try.

Try to factory reset your device by following the below video:

After that follow the below video to setup your device:

Also registration on CC App is not live yet, our Team is working on it and it will be live soon.

Thanks I reset it again after leaving it unplugged for a day and it's working again
