T8-s plus boot issues

Hi there I received my Android box with much anticipation & looked forward to seeing all the pros of this box. I setup up my box & started it up but it now is stuck in the boot position & will not load anything up

I've run through the video but my box doesn't boot to the Android screen at all & is stuck in boot mode, is there anything I can do? Eg reinstall Android boot software? Thanks

The screen is just blank, nothing displayed on it
